why is hora different?
HORA was born out of my personal passion for working with people in their workplace on human resource matters.
I am passionate about improving lives and organisations by applying my HR expertise and experience to create practical, sustainable solutions for businesses and their people.
I make a point of getting to know you, your people and your business personally during the first couple of weeks of our work together. That way, I get to know more about your staff's needs and how I can support the growth of your organisation through your people. I never take a new client on board if it becomes clear from our first encounters that our working styles hardly match or complement each other. That's because I do a lot more than giving legal advice on employment law matters and disappear until you face another legal compliance difficulty. That one-off sort of advice you can get from many other HR consultancies. I strive to build relationships and trust with you and your staff, to support your efforts to increase staff engagement, create a working environment that nurtures learning & development and performance, attract and retain talent, and make sure your business and staff are covered by
up-to-date policies and procedures as per your organisation's needs and legislation.

I am an HR professional with extensive working experience in the international arena and the UK.
I am CIPD (Chartered Institute for Personnel Development) qualified and a member of The British Psychological Society -
Psychological Testing Centre.
I completed my MSc in Human Resources Management and Industrial Relations at Manchester Business School in 2013 and
since then I have worked with The Permanent Mission of Romania to the United Nations in NYC, UNICEF in Geneva, and
several charities based in London.
I am currently working as a freelance HR Consultant giving advice and support to organisations like yours.
I also work as an HR Specialist at The Fostering Network, the UK’s leading fostering charity and HR Lecturer helping others in
their journey to become qualified HR professionals.
